He Instructed his tenant farmers to construct “casedde” (temporary buildings) using only dry limestone. The buildings were dismantled before the arrival of the King’s inspector, hence he saw no houses and the infamous tax did not have to be paid.   • Maceration is in oak vats, with maturation in French oak barrels for 22/24 months and further aging in bottles for 6 months.
  • Intense ruby red with violet hues fruity with hints of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and elegant aromas of spices with pleasant vanilla and chocolate overtones;
