Coppa Riserva thinly sliced 100g
Famous for its delicate flavor, Terre Verdiane’s Coppa Riserva is a charcuterie product obtained from the processing of the cervical dorsal part of pigs from Italian farms.
The meat is processed and flavored with different ingredients including salt, pepper, garlic and white wine before being stuffed into the so-called bondiana, then tied by hand.
Thanks to a long seasoning (minimum 90 days), the coppa has always been known for its savory taste, its balanced consistency and the typical red and white color given by the presence of lean and fat meat.
