Barber Vintage Cheddar approx 200g   Barber’s 1833 is made using traditional starter cultures and the finest West Country milk. A deliciously mature cheese with both savoury and naturally sweet notes. Due to it's maturity, this cheese has developed calcium lactate crystals throughout the body of the cheese, giving it the distinctive crunch associated with well mature cheeses.
